Natalie Young
Position:
Practice Manager
Natalie started working from an early age in the medical field as a receptionist. Before beginning her tertiary studies she lived in Switzerland as a full time disability carer.
She completed her pharmacist intern training in Hobart before moving to Macksville in 2011 as a Clinical/Community pharmacist at Health Focus Pharmacy which she later managed.
Her interests lie in diabetics, wound and skin care, travel health and geriatrics.
Dr Marlene Pacy

General Practitioner
Dr Pacy graduated from the University of Sydney in 1982 and has worked at the Coffs Harbour Base Hospital, Lismore Base Hospital and Ballina Hospital from 1983-2002.
She has 39 years full time general practice experience including 33 years in a rural setting.
She has been in General Practice since 1983. Her interests lie in mental health, geriatrics, general practice research and training. She has 4 children and four grandchildren.
